ABOUT HALKIN ROBERTS
Halkin Roberts LLP is a joint venture partnership between Guthrie Roberts LTD and Halkin Developments.
In 2019 we successfully completed the redevelopment of Brunel House, the old MHDC planning office, to 14 beautiful contemporary residential apartments, in the heart of Great Malvern. Working with Glazzards Architects, local interior designers and garden designers the development was completed with attention to detail, creating stunning living spaces both in and outdoors.
Our next project, The Cedars, is in the historic area of Malvern Link. Once again alongside Glazzards Architects 16 luxury apartments have been designed, with the project now well underway. Phase 1 (Block B) will be complete Autumn 2020, and Phase 2 (Block A & C) will complete early in 2021.

Guthrie Roberts LTD has been active in the Malvern area for 6 years, building impressive developments such as The Corner and Falconrest, both shortlisted for awards.
